Hands Down Support (HDS) is a parent-organized group for families of children from birth to eighteen years of age with hand differences.  HDS is associated with Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

As a parent of a child with a hand difference, you may have questions and concerns, both now and as your child grows.   Because members of HDS have had these same experiences, we understand the challenges you face.   Our goal is to help answer those questions and provide you and your child with the opportunity to develop lasting friendships with other families that face similar challenges.
